Hi, my name's John (Giannis) Tekeridis. I'm the founder of Planbnb.
I help property owners in Kavala turn their homes into well-run, guest-loved stays. Outside of Planbnb, I write about hospitality, entrepreneurship and creativity on my personal site.
A few things I've picked up along the way.
Planbnb manages 50+ properties across Kavala, Nea Iraklitsa, Nea Peramos and Palio. Since 2014, we've helped local owners and people living abroad who still own a home here rent it out without having to manage it themselves.
Beyond Planbnb, I run Microfilming, a video and drone production studio. I write about hospitality and entrepreneurship on my personal site, www.tekeridis.gr, and have contributed to thehostdaily.com and Medium.
